2014 (2) February 2014 (2) 2013 (6) December 2013 (1) September 2013 (1) Weekend at the B

For a two-day trip, 1h30 from Strasbourg, we chose a unique accommodation, museomotel ryo filling station to Raon l'Etape. Built in 1967 on an island in the Vosges by Pascal Haüsermann, utopian architect, this set is now a motel 9 bubbles, which can accommodate 1 to 5 people. In fact, because of its originality, it is also a museum, an architectural experience. ryo filling station On "Bubble Island", the beautiful land of 40 acres is surrounded by a small river singing (great awakening) is dotted with sculptures, also with a nice cafe and exhibitions (opening of the exhibition of painter Martine Junier and sculptor Frank Lemporte the first day of our stay). Our Bubble, bubble orange was much more spacious ryo filling station than it looks from the outside. It consists of a beautiful master ryo filling station bedroom decor pop, and a small side room with bunk beds (one above and two below), as well as a bathroom and a WC evc shower. The furniture is nice 50-70 years and it feels like a real comfort to be in a round space. A beautiful addition also with large bay window overlooking the river, as the window in children, without vis-à-vis. We were conquered and you really feel "at home" quite naturally. We just exchanged with the landlord of the place on the site's history and specific techniques such architecture with projected onto a metal structure concrete. The only downside is the insulation for the walls as the ground is far from normles BBC and therefore can be a problem outside of the summer.
In the light of the night, the bubbles in a circle really give a unique, super universe. We spent the day Saturday at the park Fraispertuis (20 minutes of Raon l'Etape with a nice road through the forest). We thought it was a fleet of small and medium size attractive but in fact, we have been rather pleasantly surprised. The park is home to some animations still reserved for thrill seekers and in particular Timber drop with a passage 113 tilt thus a kind of diving and horse accented with a disc which rotates while swinging on a rail curved, or the cactus with a drop of 19 m height and rollercoaster ryo filling station appellées Grand Canyon. A good value for money then. Despite the morning rain, we took advantage of all the attractions in the day.
Crossing the Vosges Saint Die to admire the Freedom Tower and its architecture, white and air rather remarkable even if it starts to wither slightly. Belle visit the 2nd floor of Braque ryo filling station Museum with paintings, gouaches, prints, gorgeous jewelry and sketches, sculptures, ceramics, etc.. We enjoyed discovering Gemmaux glass, technical glass and between Impressionist painting.
