i know i feel angry to especially in redisigning haku ("he" is much pretty back then without "that" naruto shippuuden 218 lips) and the consistent distortion in the story but i think kishimoto-sensei naruto shippuuden 218 is not at fault. it's on studio pierrot, we should demand for a change in animation studio and repeat the whole story all over again just like in hunter x hunter 2011. I'd rather watch the repeat than for them to continue in destroying the story that we love so much. how about a petition guys? is it possible?

They do flashbacks to explain small details to new viewers who my be watching for the first time. This method hooks them to want to back track to those episodes. naruto shippuuden 218 Be patient, you'll get your action fix, they are fighting a war. You guys are pretty sharp Naruto fans though remembering way back to the very first season details about Haku and Zabuza.
K this episode was kind of lame...5 min present rest was flashbacks and they even messed up with that...and yes as someone mentioned earlier it was kakashi who carried zabuza to hakus side...i naruto shippuuden 218 really hope they tone down the flashbacks in the next episode because the war is gonna be full of them and i dont want to see whole episodes of flashbacks!! Oh i would though be happy if they did a filler when kakashi naruto shippuuden 218 goes on a rampage=)

They missed up when Haku said "I'm your opponent". Because he never said it to Naruto, he said it to Sasuke. Also as I recall, Haku always had his mask on when Kakashi was fighting Zabuza and Sasuke and Naruto. The mask fell off when Naurot punched him, then he told his flashback, then he asked Naruto to kill him, and when he saw Zabuza in trouble, he sacrificed himself. AND Haku doesn't wear pink lipstick #SushiRoll12

I dont think that the flashbacks are mistakes. I think Kakashi is talking to Haku about how Zabuza died and hides the fact, that Zabuza couldnt walk on his own in the end, because he wants Zabuza to look better than he actually was for Haku. It's just that Kakashi is too gentle to tell Haku the full truth so he adjustst naruto shippuuden 218 it a bit. Nothing to be mourning about.
This episode was really disappointing. Basically all the flashbacks weren't even true, Haku said "Your my opponent" to Sasuke not Naruto. This is another reason why I am starting to believe Kishimoto isn't writing what HE wants to do anymore):
Expect every fight with characters that have appeared before to have a lot of flashbacks. This is better than random fillers. I just dread seeing more ino-shika-choji flashbacks almost as much as naruto flashbacks...
